UV Print

Overview

Our wealth of experience and understanding of UV printing enables us to print many difficult substrates. Our sheet fed litho presses can print 7 colours plus coating in one pass up to a sheet size of B1 and 1mm in thickness.

We pride ourselves on printing to the highest standards whilst taking into account ink adhesion, flexibility, scratch resistance and gloss levels. Typical materials printed include polypropylene, PET, PVC, Clings, self-adhesive vinyl, HIP, foil paper & boards, synthetic paper, folding boxboard, fluted board and more. Oriel has an excellent reputation for niche printing and we are always pushing boundaries, testing which materials can be printed successfully and proactively searching for new substrates. Our presses are equipped with built in spectrophotometers to ensure tight colour and quality assurance on each and every job. This allows us to scan the printed sheets, automatically adjusting the ink levels across the run to maintain colour consistency and ensure speedy and efficient make-ready times. The press room is linked directly to our reprographics department benefiting from ‘closed loop’ colour control, working towards the ISO12647 standard. Our experienced team ensures you will receive total satisfaction and complete confidence with every project.
