The foil is raised to give an embossed effect all within the one-pass operation, thus saving bags of time. This process retains a super high gloss finish which traditional foil blocking can lose through heavy impression and heat. Our service is available on most materials including synthetic substrates like clear plastic and polypropylene sheets, all without the need for any embossing. Out with expensive dies that can take days to produce, simply setup, click and printing commences.
